When I came to this country as a child, I looked forward to being a part of a democratic society where each individual made a difference and had the freedom to get a good education, work in any capacity, attend any church, say what one thought, serve in many ways for the betterment of the community, state, and country, and most of all to vote and be heard. To me, this was a dream to be pursued that would give me and my family a good life. All was possible.
In the ensuing years, I served the United States in the military, earned my education while in Okinawa, Japan; and later at Los Angeles City College and California State University at Northridge. I was, indeed, following my dream. I received my degree in business - accounting and began working in the accounting field. Next, I became a realtor, a broker and loan originator and started my own real estate brokerage firm.
Consequently, I have made many friends from all walks of life during the last seventeen years. I feel that I know the pulse of the people I served and have a desire to do what is good for the entire community. I really enjoy living in a diverse city with so much culture brought by so many people from around the world.

My wife and I have raised two sons, both outstanding students who are involved in community activities. One is a senior Aerospace engineering student at Cal Poly Pomona and the youngest a junior at the School of Chemistry at UC Berkeley. They’re also looking forward to contributing in the same way they have observed my wife and I with our involvement in local activities and in following our values – those values recorded in the constitution of this country that state that all people are created equal and that we have the ability to become our dreams.
During my Real Estate career, I continued to be involved in my community. This was part of the dream, to give back and make a difference. I joined many industry related organizations, attended MLS meetings, trainings, seminars, fundraisers and made a concerted effort to get to as many certifications as possible in which I might be able to become a better professional. In addition, I served as a Community Services and Planning Commissioner for the City of West Covina. I have learned a great deal in these endeavors that I feel have given me insights into community needs and have offered ways and means of getting things done.
Now, the chance to become a part of Las Casas Realty, Inc. team that will expand what I know and allow me to help make this community even better by creating more educated buyers and sellers and contributing with the current Real Estate industry recovery. I feel I have spent my adult life working on helping people achieve the American Dream. That is to say that hard work, perseverance, and fairness toward everyone I do business with is the right way to go to prove that people with different backgrounds and ideas can truly come together and live together in peace and prosperity.
